7:30 AM at Ravenna Park & Ride
Open to Study Group members. Get your birding year off to a great start as we look for eagles, hawks, falcons, swans, snow geese, shorebirds and more in the Skagit Valley! While we may get lucky with the weather, please dress for cold, wet and windy conditions. Bring binoculars, lunch, snacks & liquids. Spotting scopes are welcome. We will organize carpools at Ravenna P&R; and return to Seattle in the early evening.

**We'd like to have no more than three cars. We need two more drivers/cars with current parking passes if we have 12 participants. Please call the leader at (206) 525-7099 if you have a pass and can drive, or if you need to cancel at the last minute.

The drive time to our first stop will be about 1 1/4 hours from Seattle unless we stop in the Stanwood area to look for Snowy Owls, if they are still being seen there. Overall trip mileage will be about 175 miles.
