Shi Shi Beach Trailhead 0900
Beautiful hike. Fairly flat -- with exception of 50 foot extremely steep drop where the upland meets the beach. Hike will involve slogging through sand for about 4 miles and probably slogging through mud (deep, vicious, suck-your-boots-off mud) for 1/4 mile or so.
