Meet at 10 a.m. in the parking lot to the north of the main building and gym.

This is a state park so a parking pass is required; either a one-day pass purchased at the kiosk or a valid annual pass. Bring a snack or lunch to eat by the lake. The trails have some roots, rocks, and gravel so wear appropriate footwear.

To get there, from I-405, take the exit to NE 116th St. and head west. 116th St. becomes Juanita Drive. In about 6 miles from I-405, turn west at signs for St. Edwards and Bastyr University near NE 147th St. Follow the road, keeping to the right at each "Y" to reach the parking lot.
