Meet shortly before 6pm at the head of a short flight of stairs exiting Ravenna Park at NE 55th St just east of the Ravenna Place NE intersection.

We'll have at least 300 steps up various flights of stairs and several bridge crossings plus a possibly muddy trail down one of the Ravenna hillsides. If the kids aren't using it, walkers could try the zip line in Cowen Park.  This walk expands on Seattle Stairways Walks #1 (Ravenna) and has been a family and Mountaineers night hike favorite.

The March focus for this fifth year of city "night hikes" is the University of Washington and surrounding neighborhoods.  The other urban night walks are Laurelhurst, Center for Urban Horticulture & Campus, Waterfront and Foster Island, and Greenlake to UW and return (the final and longest walk).
