8:00 AM at Snoqualmie Point, Exit 27, I-90
Traverse Rattleshake one-way and return via car shuttle. Meet at Snoqualmie Point Park off I-90 exit 27 at 8:00 am and hike this wonderful trail east via the great panarama viewpoints at Stan's Overlook, Grand Prospect, East Peak and Rattlesnake Ledge, ending at Rattlesnake Lake. It's a 10 - 11 miles and 2,500 ft elevation gain trail to be hiked at a moderate pace. I will be looking for a volunteer driver to help me place a car at the Rattlesnake Lake Trailhead early in the morning to enable all drivers to get back to their cars at the end of the hike so they can return to pick up the rest of our party. Please understand that this is a 7 hour hike that requires fitness and stamina. Make sure you bring plenty of water and food including for a post hike snack at Rattlesnake Lake while passengers wait for the cars to return. All vehicles at both trailheads will require the WA State Discover Pass. More details and info from: Chris Ensor, 206-794-5198, Sign up with clubhouse, max. 12 including leader.
