WINTER CONDITIONING HIKE Open to all Mountaineers members! Hike up Rattlesnake Ledges and beyond, to East Peak.

Meet 9:00 A.M. at the main Rattlesnake Ledges parking lot.

From Seattle, drive east on I-90 to exit 32 for 436th Avenue SE.  Turn right onto 436th Avenue SE, also signed as Cedar Falls Road SE.  Proceed about four miles down the road to the Rattlesnake Lake parking lot on the right.

This hike is part of the Winter Conditioning Hike Series hosted by the Foothills branch.  It is open to all Mountaineer members.  

We will hike to Rattlesnake Ledges, and beyond to East Peak.

We will hike rain or shine, so good rain gear, non-cotton layers, warm hat/gloves, and sturdy waterproof footwear are required.  Additionally, with winter conditions, there may be snow and ice, so MICROSPIKES and TREKKING POLES are also REQUIRED
