Narada Falls to Reflection Lakes is easy. From Reflection Lakes it is a short, steep in places, climb to the saddle. Ice axe required. This trip is dependent on avalanche conditions, as it involves travel in avalanche terrain.
My goals for this trip are as follows:
1. Be safe and have fun.
2. Get a good workout.
3. Make it to the saddle.
4. Enjoy the scenery.
5. Learn something.
My expectations for participants are as follows:
1. You should be in at least fairly good shape. This trip is short but the last mile or so is fairly steep and all uphill.
2. You should have the gear/clothing/footwear to be comfortable.
3. You should participate in group decisions about traveling in avvy terrain and turn around time.
4. You should treat the other participants with respect and courtesy.
My personal style is partly described as follows:
1. I love puns, riddles, jokes and word play.
2. My leadership style is generally pretty casual/relaxed. You will often find me in the back of the group.
3. I am curious about most things and may ask you questions about yourself.
4. Sometimes I take a bit of time to respond to questions as I am cogitating an answer in my head.
