Day Hike - Queen Anne Stairways

This is a scenic urban loop hike including 26 stairways , and outstanding views of Seattle , Mt. Rainier , and the Olympics. The oldest stairway in Seattle is on this hike.

We will meet , 5:45 pm , at the top of 3rd Ave. N . Stairs , the intersection of 3rd Ave. N , Bigalow Ave. and Highland Ave. Go up Queen Anne Ave. N to a right turn on Prospect Street , then left on 1st Ave. N , then right on Prospect Street , and connecting with Bigalow Ave. to 3rd Ave. N . 

The night hikes normally require headlamps . I don't anticipate the need for headlamps , based on the hike distance , and June  hiking. We should be done by 8:30 pm .
