Chirico Trailhead at 7:30 am.

This is a conditioning hike so participants should be in good condition, as we will hike on a steep grade at a conditioning pace (2 mph) with few rest stops.  Please do not sign up for this hike if you haven't hiked at this pace on a strenuous route comfortably in the recent past.

We will hike rain or shine, so good raingear, non-cotton layers, warm hat and gloves, and sturdy waterproof footwear with grippy soles are required.
