Meet at 9am just inside the park. I'll email participants with the specific location.
My 2 year old daughter will be joining us. She will be carried, so we will still go at an adult pace. However, toddlers can be unpredictable, so please be patient if I need to check on her at some point.
This is a gradual hike through the beautiful forest at Point Defiance Park. We will pass several viewpoints, one of which looks out at the Tacoma Narrows bridges. I have seen deer, bald eagles, blue herons, raccoons and seals while hiking at this park, so we'll keep our eyes peeled!
