Meet at 9 AM in the parking lot by the tennis courts near the main entrance to Point Defiance Park.

We will hike counter clockwise on the longest of three loop trails in Point Defiance Park, with brief stops at Ft. Nisqually and Gig Harbor Viewpoint and a lunch stop at Owen Beach,  returning to our cars via the Promenade.  Restrooms are available at the meeting place and the three stopping places, which are about a half hour apart.  This is the same hike that was scheduled for November 14 and cancelled due to hazardous weather conditions.
