Day Hike - Pine & Cedar Lakes

The Chuckanut Mountain range is a host to several interconnecting trails. This is a moderate, less crowded hike to two small lakes surrounded by lush green forest.

Ash Way Park and Ride:

16327 Ash Way, Lynnwood, WA 98087

I hiked this trail two weeks ago and it's all under snow. Micro spikes or yak trax are necessary at this point, and hiking poles are recommended. It's a steep grade for the first 1.5 miles, so we will take it a pace good for everyone.

The drive is straightforward: 1-5 North, Exit 246, you take an immediate right and then another right on Old Samish Rd, and in three miles you arrive at the trailhead. No pass is needed at this one.
