Meet at 9 AM at the Enumclaw Ranger Station.

The trailhead to Owyhigh Lakes is the first one reached inside the White River Entrance to Mt. Rainier National Park, making this the most easily accessible alpine lake hike in the Park.  Scenery enroute ranges from old growth forest to alpine meadows.  This hike can be done one way to SR 123 with a car shuttle, but our hike will be round trip from and to the White River Park entrance road.  Restrooms are available at the Enumclaw Ranger Station where we meet.  We will stop enroute to the trailhead at the restrooms at the White River entrance to Mt. Rainier National Park.  Each car must show a Park pass or pay a $20 entry fee upon entering the Park.
