Leader update 08/30/10: Sources tell me that the berries need more time to ripen. Original trip date 09/04 has been changed to 09/18. Berry picking trip! We'll spend a couple hours picking huckleberries. Bring containers, full raingear if it is raining and dress as you would for a hike. Optional hike to Mount Catherine (3 mi 1300' gain) afterward, weather permitting.
