Day Hike - Olallie Lake

After Hours Conditioning Hike at a Moderate Pace

  • Moderate/Strenuous
  • Moderate
  • Mileage: 7.5 mi
  • Elevation Gain: 1,800 ft

4:30 PM at I-90 High Point Exit 20, Issaquah

A nice hike to condition for summer hiking.   The water crossings and woods are beautiful, there is a nice view of Mt. Rainier at the lake overlook if we get a clear evening. We will hike at a moderate pace (approx. 2 - 2.5 mph), our goal is to finish in daylight. Bring a sack dinner. Note: Ignore the full description in "Route/Place." We will only hike to the overlook above Olallie Lake and conditions permitting, we will circle the lake on return to the trail head. This is not a scramble.
