EARLY SEASON CONDITIONING HIKE

NOTE: I will lead this trip regardless of weather conditions, unless it's going to be snowing, or sleeting and conditions make the trip dangerous. In other words, if the weather forecast calls for 100% chance of rain, I'll still lead the trip.

Plan to bring a lunch, I'll want to stop for a 20-30 minute lunch. The pace will be slow-moderate, and we will stop for breather breaks every so often.

Hikers should be prepared with 10 essentials, and rain gear. I will turn away anyone visibly wearing cotton.

Hikers should be in relatively good physical and cardiovascular condition as this hike is a little strenuous.
