An abandoned lookout site above Crystal Mountain with great 360 degree views, weather permitting, which include Mt Adams, the Goat Rocks and Mt Rainier. We’ll hike to it by way of the Bullion Basin Trail, the “Elevator”, a scenic portion of the Pacific Crest Trail and a well trodden boot path. Return past Big Crow Basin. Meet at 8:00 a.m. at the Issaquah Trail Center or at 9:00 a.m. at Charlie’s Restaurant in Enumclaw. 140 mile round trip drive to trailhead from Issaquah, 80 miles from Charlie’s.
