Day Hike - Naches Peak Loop

Park and Ride Green Lake: 5:15am meet up for those that want to caravan or carpool (Hello Hiker email will ask who wants to meet at the park and ride versus at the trailhead)

Tipsoo Lake trailhead at 7:30am.  Yes this is early!  This is popular trail that gets busy. We want to have  plenty of opportunities to explore the trail.  

America the Beautiful Pass , National Parks Pass or daily fee $30 required

This is a photography oriented day hike where we will be taking multiple stops to photograph around the Naches Peak Loop and Tipsoo Lake.  This hike will be led at a  casual pace. Depending on weather, you may need multiple layers to accommodate slower speed.  Heavy Rain will cause a cancellation or reschedule. 

Winter is slowly leaving in Mt Rainier and I will be keeping an eye on reports  in attempts to have opportunities for wildflowers.  Date may shift up or down depending on how quickly snow melts and Mt Rainier comes out of her slumber.
