Meet at the trailhead. Ready to hike at 7 AM.

This is a conditioner on a clear, simple and steep trail. I do not intend on keeping everyone together in pace with each other. This is a time to allow us to push our own paces and get a good workout. It’s not a race! It’s just a workout people.

P.S. I might do a second lap (up and down again) depending on timing. You are welcome to join if I do, or feel free to leave after the first one.
