Day Hike - Mount Si Old Trail

Join me on this early morning moderate-paced hike to Mt Si via Old Trail.

6:50 AM for introductions and briefing, 7:00 AM boots on trail.

Little Si Trailhead, Discover Pass required.

Take exit 32 on I-90 East for 436th Ave SE. Turn left onto 436th Ave SE, drive 0.6 miles. Turn left onto SE North Bend Way, drive 0.3 miles. Take the 1st right onto SE Mount Si Rd, drive 0.4 miles. Look for overflow parking lot on your left and main parking lot nearby with a sign marked "Little Si".

This is a challenging hike to Mt Si via Old Trail, with a 1.5 mph moderate pace going up, and a 2-2.5 mph going down, with several steep sections (> 30°), a total distance of ~7.4 miles and 3,400 feet of elevation gain. Participants are expected to have done similar hikes recently.

Both microspikes and trekking poles are required.

We will follow all Mountaineers Protocols. Bring a face mask and hand sanitizer. We'll wear face masks most of the time and stay 6 feet apart from each other to the best of our abilities.
