Day Hike - Mount Si Old Trail

This will be a conditioner hike for Olympia Alpine Scrambling students. All others please wait until 0228 to sign up.

  • Elevation Gain: 3,300 ft
  • Pace: 1500 ft/hour

Trip details will be in email about 48 hours prior to event.

Meet at little si trailhead at 8:30am for audit of 10 essentials. There is not a pack weight requirement, but 30-35 pounds is recommended. We will start timing at 8:45. Goal for this is to make it to the top in 2.5 hours or less. Bring a piece of rope to practice your knots.
