0700 at the Main Mount Si Trail Head.  

We will do a steady pace trying to get everyone up in 2.5 hours.  We'll take a break at the top (weather dependent) then head back down.  At the bottom, the Mountaineers portion of the event will be over but we usually linger for a snack and a beverage.  

Although the main goal is to get students passed their conditioner hike, you can just come to train and take more time if needed.  All students are welcome.

Poles will be helpful.  I will advise on traction when it get's closer.

I hike with my dog so she'll be along.  If you have a dog aversion, please let me know.
