North Bend public parking lot at the S.E. corner of North Bend Way and E. McClellan St. (Across from North Bend Motel) at 8:15 am.
It is written in the book ‘Day Hiking Snoqualmie Region’ that land managers estimate Mount Si draws between thirty thousand to some fifty thousand visitors per year. Let’s be some of the first of those numbers to hike Si in 2015 and burn off a few of those post holiday extra calories while we are at it.
I’m expecting snow and/or ice up top. So some type of traction will be required like microspikes, yaktrax, or crampons.
A wind shell or puffy jacket and trekking poles are recomended.
Drivers vehicles will need a 'Discover Pass' to park at the trailhead.
