"We do not rise to the level of our expectations, We fall to the level of our training." -Archilochus

WARNING: Strenuous Conditioner Hike

The pace will be dependent on participants; I'm hoping somewhere between moderate and strenuous. Moderate would be defined as 60% of maximum heart rate, and strenuous as 80% of maximum heart rate. As a conditioner, we should break a sweat, and be in zone 3 for heart rate.

Phase-I is about strength training.

Phase-II is about aerobic training

Phase-III is about endurance training
