Martin Way Park and Ride, Lacey, WA

From I-5, Take Exit 109, Turn East on Martin Way

Alternatively, you can meet us at the Lower Trailhead at 8:00 am, just let me know.

I am recovering from an injury, and I expect this to be one of my first hikes.  Therefore, expect the pace to be rather slow.  If you are looking for a vigorous aerobic workout this is not the trip for you.
