Meet at Mud Bay Park & Ride (Olympia, 98502) at 15:35 (3:35 pm). We will leave promptly at 15:40 (3:40 pm).
I plan on driving and can accommodate 4 passengers.
You can also meet us at the trailhead at 16:45 (4:45 pm). If you plan on meeting us at the trailhead, please make sure to let me know.
Promptness is required; I don't wait that long.
WARNING: Strenuous Conditioner
The pace will be dependent on participants; I'm hoping somewhere between moderate and strenuous. Moderate would be defined as 60% of maximum heart rate, and strenuous as 80% of maximum heart rate. As a conditioner, we should break a sweat, and be in zone 3 for heart rate.
Phase-II is about aerobic training.
