Mount Ellinor in 60 minutes conditioner. This is a conditioner hike with a fast pace. It's intended for participants that are in good to excellent shape. The goal is to maintain zone 3 heart rate all the way up.

Meet at Mud Bay Park & Ride (Olympia, 98502) at 15:45 (3:45 pm).

I plan on driving and can accommodate 4 passengers.

You can also meet us at the Upper Trailhead at 17:00 (5:00 pm). If you plan on meeting us at the upper trailhead, please make sure to let me know.

This is a conditioner hike with round trip distance of  5.15 km (3.2 miles) and 732 meter (2,440 feet) elevation gain in 2.5 km (1.6 miles).

The goal is to keep a moderate+ pace, with no breaks.
To be considered for this conditioner, you're fitness level needs to be Good+/Excellent , as defined by Alpine Combined:
Good = 305 meters (1,000 feet) in 20-40 minutes with a pack 20% of body weight
Good+ = 305 meters (1,000 feet) in 20 minutes with a pack 20% of body weight
Excellent = 305 meters (1,000 feet) in less than 20 minutes with a pack 20% of body weight.
