Day Hike - May Valley Loop (Squak Mountain)

We will meet at the Squak Mountain State Park parking lot.    Be there in time to meet at the trailhead sign, with packs and ready to hike, at 9 a.m.   

A Discover Pass is required for your car.   

There is a privy at the parking lot.

Trails are good overall, but there are short stretches of  trail that may be  steep, loose, rutted, rooty, narrow, wet, etc.      We will walk on gravel road for short sections but mainly will be on trail.  

Overall speed 2.0,  moving speed 2.5 mph.    These are approximate but please sign up only if you can maintain the pace.    That will make it a more enjoyable trip for all.

To sign up, a covid vaccination badge or  proof of covid vaccination  is required.  If you do not have a covid vaccination badge, please email the leader a  photo of your vaccination card with your date of birth covered up.
