Preston Park and Ride. 8am

I have been out hiking but this will be one of the more strenuous hikes I've been on for a while.  I suspect I will not be very fast.  If you are a fast hiker you may not want to sign up for this trip.  I hope to do the old trail  going up then come down the new trail (I've not been on this part).  Bring poles if desired but not required.  If you have any questions feel free to reach out to me.
