Lower South Fork Skokomish River

Day Hike - Lower South Fork Skokomish River

Let's go get some fresh air and leave the pre-holiday madness behind. We'll likely go to the 5 mile mark and turn around at the viewpoint along the river.

We'll start hiking at 8:30 a.m., so please be at the trailhead by 8:15 a.m.  Carpools are encouraged but not required.  If you would like to ride with me, meet at the  South Hill Park and Ride at 6:20 a.m. for a 6:30  a.m. departure.  The South Hill Park & Ride is located at  9th Street SW and 31st Avenue SW (formerly known as 94th Street SW and 104th Street E - the City of Puyallup incorporated the area, hence the new street names and confusion). This address should get you to the correct spot:  3300 94th Ave E, Puyallup, WA 98373.  This is the Park and Ride on the North side of Hwy 512, look for the red Ford Explorer.

This is a new area for me so let's go explore it together!   If you choose to meet at the trailhead, please note that a NW Forest Pass or America the Beautiful Pass is required for parking.
