Meet at 145th P&R off 5th NE and just north of the I-5 northbound onramp at 6:30 am in order to make the 7:10 ferry.
On this Mountaineers hike will will enjoy mosses and the rain forest as we hike the trail along the river. We will stop to enjoy mosses draping cliffs along the route and also those on the river rocks. We will still cover about eight miles in the course of the day. This hike is meant as a follow-up to the recent moss course.
Be sure to bring your 15x - 20x loupe (preferably lighted) to identify mosses and, if you choose, a camera to help you remember what you identify.
