Chuckanut P&R in Burlington at 8am or Cyrus Gates trailhead at 845am.
The road up to the Cyrus Gates trailhead is a bit washboarded but manageable for all vehicles. Outdoor toilet at trailhead. Depending on the fall weather, there could be some muddy spots along the trail, but it should be mostly dry. Parts of this loop aren't regularly maintained and may see some overgrowth.
