8:00 AM at ICT
Total 4.5 miles, 500' in, 375' out (miles include flat 1.5 mile circuit of Gold Crek Pond at Lunch). Lodge Lake Trail starts S side of Snoqualmie Pass at PCT junction, crosses the open (surprisingly, flowering) ski slopes, continues through open woods to Lodge Lake. We will cross I-90 back to Gold Creek Pond for lunch in a scenic cirque. An easy outing, close to Seattle, with rewarding views and probable flowers. Meet at ITC for carpools at 8AM. High sun exposure on clear day. Register online or with clubhouse.
