Take Exit 32 off of I-90 just east of North Bend. Turn left, crossing over I-90, and follow 468th Ave NE to SE North Bend Way and turn left.  Turn right onto SE Mount Si Road and then left into the second Little Si parking lot (main lot) shortly after crossing the bridge across the Middle Fork Snoqualmie River.  The first parking lot after crossing the river is overflow with the main lot being the second lot.

COVID -19   We will follow the Mountaineer’s protocol and all hikers are required to have face masks and hand sanitizer.  We will wear masks when at the trailhead, stopping on the trail and when passing other hikers or being passed.  We will maintain social distance at 6 feet the best that we can and all are encouraged to wear masks as much as possible.  Group size is limited to 8.

The Mountaineers do not recommend carpooling with anyone outside your household at this time.

ROUTE:  We will hike the Little Si trail to the summit and on the return we will take the alternate Boulder Garden Loop trail.  The Boulder Garden Loop provides some of the more interesting interior scenery along the way.

The total distance is 5.5 miles with a cumulative elevation gain of roughly 1,600 feet.

The plan is to hike at a moderate pace (2-2.25 mph) and adjust pace accordingly with the objective of keeping the group together.

Micro-spikes may be required depending upon if we get any of the lowland snow that is forecasted between now and Friday.  I'll send an email the day before the hike with updated information including the weather forecast.
