8:30 AM at Junction of SR 207 and US 2
One of the 100 Classic Hikes in Washington. Hike to a view point with a commanding view of the Napeequa River Valley and surrounding peaks. Bring sandals or something for a short river crossing at the beginning of the hike. Sandals can be left beside the river and picked up for the crossing on the way back. Moderate pace. The meeting place is also called Cole's Corner, WA if you enter it as the city on Yahoo Maps or Mapquest. It is signed as the road to Lake Wenatchee and is about 36 miles east of Skykomish on US 2.
