Meet at the North Bend Parking Lot (North Bend Way and E. McClellan St.) at 6:00 am and the planned departure is 6:15 am. We will then carpool to the Stuart and Colchuck Lake Trailheads.
Parking Permit Required: Northwest Forest Pass
Please bring sturdy hiking boots with ankle support. If you want to bring an extra pair of regular shoes for in the car that is totally fine. Bring 2 liters of water with you on the trail. There are spots on the trail where you can get water so you can bring a water filter if need be. It is about a two-hour drive to the trailhead. A high clearance vehicle would do better on the road to the trailhead.
Optional dinner stop in Cle Elum at Caboose Bar & Grill.
