Winter hiking conditions apply - Depending on the temps, this north-facing hike may have ice on the trail, especially near the falls, where the spray can freeze. It is not going above freezing there all week. Bring traction such as microspikes, yaktraks, stabilicers, or similar.
Current conditions: Some compact snow on trail per http://www.wta.org/go-hiking/trip-reports/trip_report.2013-12-01.6183489172
Due to receive another inch or two of snow early and several days to dry it off per http://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.php?lat=47.7849818461978&lon;=-121.57074165501399#.Upu5_413v6U
