This is a mentored hike for Claire Gatenby
We will meet at East Gate P&R by 7am, depending on where people are coming from we can consolidate before.
This will be a moderate pace hike, it's not long but will be exposed and subject to the sun. As it's early season there will likely be snowfields to cross at the top, therefore hiking poles and sturdy footwear will be required and individuals should be comfortable hiking in these conditions.
The road to the trailhead isn't in the best shape so we may need to park 0.5 miles from the start.
