Day Hike - Kachess Ridge

This will be a leisurely-paced Naturalist trip with frequent stops to look at flowers and shrubs. We will hike to the lookout tower and hopefully have lovely weather for lunch. This trail does have some steep sections on pea-gravel type rock.

  • Elevation Gain: 2,200 ft
  • High Point Elevation: 4,600 ft

We will meet at the 65th Street P&R at 7:00 AM.  Others can arrange carpooling from the East Side of Lake Washington and/or along I-90.

This is a Naturalist Hike so there will be continuous stops to look at plants, birds & butterflies. This trail does have some steep sections on pea-gravel type rock. Trekking poles recommended.
