6:30am Tibbets Valley PR in Issaquah.

According to one WTA trip report, the views from the top of Jolly Mountain are "jolly well worth it", but you "jolly well earn them" with a long climb through various forest ecosystems that culminates with wide open views.  Expect sunny skies and hot temperatures.  Leader will  bring a water filter, but participants should bring at least 3 liters of water.
