It has been resurfaced, it is safe, no pass required.

I will send out participant's city and zip with the 'hello hikers' email on Friday to allow people to self-organize carpooling.

We are on paved surfaces for about 1/2 mile and will parallel I-90 for part of the hike. The section that is along I-90 has the best trees/colors, you'll need to close your ears and open your eyes.
