9:00 AM at South Everett Freeway Station
Come and enjoy what is forecast to be a sunny first day of Spring with a hike to a small glacier-carved alpine lake beneath the cliffs of Mt. Pilchuck. We will meet at the South Everett Freeway Station park and ride which is located in the I-5 median north of 112th Street Southeast near Silver Lake in South Everett. We will further consolidate the carpools here. Please bring the 10 Essential System, no cotton clothing, and have appropriate footwear, i.e. no tennis shoes or trail runners. A Northwest Forest Pass or National Forest Recreation Day Pass is required to park at the trailhead. The hiking pace will be between 1.5 - 2 miles per hour.
