Meeting at 7:30am, Mariner Park and Ride located in south Everett.

Heather Lake offers with views of Mount Pilchuck's craggy, rocky north face, and the lake's placid waters.  We will walk around the lake.  Please bring the 10 Essential System, no cotton clothing, and have appropriate footwear, i.e. no tennis shoes, trail runners, or FiveFingers®. A Northwest Forest Pass or National Forest Recreation Day Pass is required to park at the trailhead. The pace for this hike will be ~2mph.
