Day Hike - Harstine Island to McMicken Island

This hike is a Family Hike, with a recommended age of 5+ with the ability to hike 3-4 miles. The pace will be slow and we will have many stops along the way, with lunch at McMicken Island State Park.

Our meeting time and place will be arranged and determined by the participacting families.

We will have an exceptionally low tide (-2.5) at 12:55 on this trip, which should make for an exciting trip with lots of exploration along the way, from the forest, to the very low tide exposing living sand dollar beds and other low tide treasures.  Kids should wear hiking shoes, but also bring rubber boots.
