** Late Afternoon Hike** Enjoy the old growth and deciduous forests of the Greenwater canyon enroute to pristine Greenwater Lakes, where we have our dinner at the end of this pleasant easy hike, returning by the same route.

Meeting place and time

We will meet at the McDonalds in Enumclaw, 110 Roosevelt Ave,E, Enumclaw at **4PM**, afternoon hike.

From Enumclaw drive east on Hwy 410 through the town of Greenwater turning left on FS 70. Drive 9.5 miles to Greenwater Lakes Trailhead on your right. A toilet is available in the parking lot.

Roads are paved, smooth and suitable for all vehicles.

Cell phone coverage is poor or not available in this area.

Leader's notes

There are several stream crossings by way of a log bridges. We may encounter patches of compact snow. Sturdy boots, better micro-spikes are a great tool.
