Synthetic clothes are recommended to protect from temperature drop after heat releasing from your body. Rain jacket, extra warm clothes. Trekking poles, helping to reduce burdening of knees and ankles. 

Ten essentials, sturdy hiking boots with water proofing in case of some water  on trail path.
