bring a hand lens if you have one for flower identification. We will also look at views, insects, mammals and birds as we see them. This trail has been closed for years, since an avalanche wiped out the road. It is finally opened. Almost all the trail is open with great views. The view from the top is spectacular. We will walk slowly and steadily, but will stop more often than usual for plant identification.
