Day Hike - Granite Creek Trail
A Halloween hike intended to avoid snow and still get in some "mountain time!" The plan is to get to Granite Lakes, with roaring whitewater and possible views of Mailbox on the way.

We'll meet at the Granite Creek trailhead at 8:15 a.m., ready to hike (please arrive at the parking lot by 8:00). The trailhead is about 6 miles off of I-90 exit 34; directions will be emailed to participants.
We will be following the COVID-19 Code of Conduct, so bring your face covering and hand sanitizer. Please don't carpool, except with members of your household.
Come prepared for a wet trail (waterproof boots and trekking pole(s).
Forecast of significant rain will cancel this trip. Depending on the weather in the previous days, traction devices for your boots may be needed.
