We will still be following Covid protocols, car pooling allowed if masked.
We will meet at the Safeway on Roosevelt Road in Enumclaw, at (meeting time has been changed from 8:30am to 7:30am). We will then caravan to Mt. Rainier Natl Park, Sunrise entrance, drive to Sunrise parking, and proceed on trail from this location. Park entrance fee required for all vehicles. I will be driving a dark-ish red Toyota Tundra (big truck), crew cab and canopy.
Trip will initially open to Tacoma Branch Conditioning Hiking Students. Trip will open for registration to all Mountaineers, based on availability, 7-10 days prior to date of the hike.
Trip will be on established trails, trekking poles advised. Also a camera!
