Olympia and south folks will meet at the Martin Way I-5 Park and Ride. Arrive there by 6:45 to organize carpool and leave by 7:00. We’ll drive to Eatonville and pause at the Plaza Market (Center St and Washington Ave).

 The Seattle folks will meet us in Eatonville, at the Plaza Market, at 8:00 AM. We’ll drive the hour from there to the trailhead.

 Here are driving directions from the WTA listing: From Tacoma, drive east on State Route 7 to Elbe, then veer left onto SR 706 to Ashford. Continue 3.8 miles east of Ashford and turn left (north) onto Forest Road 59 (Copper Creek Road). Continue 9 miles up this road to the trailhead on the right (elevation 4750 feet).
